Anything involving architecture excites me. The opportunity I had working for an architecture/engineering firm continually throughout school gave me a chance to experience a variety of different tasks while completing my degree. During this period, I created construction document sets, attended client meetings, and visited job sites throughout the construction of projects to gain a better understanding of how they are built. Post - graduation, I have worked for Klai Juba Wald Architects, where I have had an opportunity to work on both the technical and design side of the firm. I have worked with design architects to produce conceptual 3D models and renderings based upon hand sketches and Auto-CAD plans, produced construction documents in Revit for a new 800,000 SF office complex in Las Vegas, and most recently have modeled different options for the Las Vegas Convention Center "Ribbon Roof" in Rhino. Some of the projects I have worked on include Boyd Corporate Headquarters, Rivers Casino Des Plaines, and Las Vegas Convention Center.
